The pandemic has brought us stress and Zoom fatigue, among other things. Let's create a restfulness routine that will stay with us beyond lockdown.
In this series we'll explore:
Extended supported savasana
You will need:
• 2 blankets
• Bolster, cushion, or 2 thick blankets to create bolster
• Eye pillow or small towel to cover eyes
