Vinyasa focuses on physical alignment, breath, and transition from posture to posture. Like a dance, the practitioner flows through dynamic movements with awareness. Focus the mind, increase flexibility, and build strength during this class.

Vinyasa Yoga

Restorative yoga is a receptive form of yoga that helps to relax you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each supported pose is held for at least five minutes with the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps. Restorative yoga is open to all, regardless of your yoga experience.

Power Yoga will enliven students' core strength, both through focused core work as well as through emphasis on moving from the core into many categories of postures, such as arm balances.
